Hyatt Place Santiago/Vitacura

We have stayed in this NICELY DESIGNED hotel for 4 nights, everything was good, the location was perfect near the major shoppings in Santiago. The breakfast was savoury, had lots of options. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was brand-new. Loved the fact that check-in was fast. It was excellent experience, the property had nice pool, free parking and amazing views.

Overall it's beautiful small hotel, fair value, and the facilities are nice.

Everything was superb, had a wonderful stay. Booked a room with scenic views. The stuff there where extremely helpful. Walking distance to a mall and a market across the street.

We had a such wonderful experience, the hotel met the purpose. This was a brand-new venue with fantastic staff and location. Large bedroom with a clean bathroom.

My stay was such great, I loved that it was clean throughout, with gorgeous views and unbeatable lovation near to Santiago. Good service from pleasant, courteous staff members.

Location was ideal, and I loved functional rooms and fabulous staff.

Reasonably large room, pleasant location and professional personnel. Variety of food for breakfast, food was fantastic! Our room had a comfortable bed and a spectacular view. There was a top-notch restaurant, stores and a market next door. Apart from that, parque arauco was 10 minutes away by driving.

It was worth its 4 stars. It's brilliant place for visiting some must see attractions in Santiago. Their doorman rocks!

Best hotel experience. The service was good in that property.

Touristic places like parque arauco were in front of our hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Restauran Bidasoa that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Nice building...
